I once found a picture on dA that I really enjoyed, a photograph to be honest. I was like, "WOW! That's such a cool photo, maybe I'd like to try painting that!"
Much to my dismay, it was in full color. And, if you weren't already aware, I hate colours in my art. SO MUCH. So I decided to make the picture black and white using photoshop and print the reference.
This is the outcome. The picture of this painting is taken with my cellphone, so I apologize if it butchers it for those of you who have seen it in real life and all it's glory. I think its my best painting yet and I plan to do more of its kind soon.
