Somewhere between 20-30 frames (or more I believe xD )
And I don't really recall how I did the effects tbh
You can totally find glitch tutorials all over DA about that tho OTL

i suppose its mainly just the color, since i feel the contrast of wolfe against the background is a little easy to lose! i was thinking maybe a solid loud bright magenta, orΒ chartreuse, whichever you feel would be a more fitting color c:
