i love this! i took it as, "the reason for tears is life itself", now where would you get suicide? i dig it but i don't dig the description of this art..

before scrolling down to read YOUR description of this peice, i full viewed it, and my instant thought was "oh, b....."
b is a love of mine who is in the hospital for his 4th attempt at suicide. his twin, s, killed himself last september.
i'm constantly runnning things thru my mind of what i can say, what i can tell him, that will make him see that this life is worth living.
but i also think that trying to tell someone that LIFE is the reason, when they see no life whatsoever, is hard. i wish i could show him this picture, and have him believe, and have him know.
i'm afraid that one day, he'll give up, and really want to be gone, and then he will be.
there's a movie quote, directed at what the antagonist should tell a certain suicidal boy. it goes "..life is too fucking beautiful to quit."
i wish i could tell him that one too.
thank you for sharing your peice it has touched me, and i love it. thank you.

At first glance, I though, "Oh, another water droplet photograph." Then I realised, ooh this time it's on paper. Then I read the title and your comment about it, and I realise it's probably a person's tears, enlarging the word they may hate most. Someone who thinks of suicide probably never quite learnt how to appreciate the little good things that occur, but mainly focuses on the bad objects of their life.
Let's hope for less teenage-suicides... This seems to be a very original idea, so its a fave ^-^.
Plus its got a good moral message in it.

Awwwhh, it's a pleasure to find a great reply after I put a comment on any of your deviations. I love it, I love the way you like reading my comments. They feel as if the few seconds spent writing the words down are actually worth sometime to someone else.
So, I thank you <3.

Great concept and lovely focus! What song does the sheet music belong to?

Nice...cool dof but the white balance has left it kinda blue (if that is in fact the effect you wanted).
I'm very into music and I've spent the last 30 minutes trying to figure out what song that is...based on your music preferences, words, and title. It's really buggin me, what/where from?
