The horse is done very well! The tail is painted beautifully, and I love the feathering around their hooves! Those bird wings though....they're not doing much for the horse.
You used a reference for the horse, why not for the wings? I tried to find birds with similar types of wings(Broad and long; eagles). The falcon is the only anomaly, since their wings are shaped very differently from eagles (short and narrow). And all of them to show how the top part of the wing looks like. The inside of the wing looks very different from the top.
