I don't really have time after my friends left some financial burden on me after withdrawing from server payments..

But i think i know how to do it:
1) type text "3000+" set color to dark blueish
2)copy the text and paste it twice, so there are 3 versions
3)convert all to paths
4)draw an elipse covering the bottom of version 1. select both paths and modify> "punch"
5)set the color to lighter blue and place directly on top of another "3000+" path
6)take the last set of "3000+" and set the gradiency to bar. Exterior dark blue, interior light blue. Place it an inch behind the first 2 sets.

well, i got it, and given the time, its possible
