Wow so you can sprite on a oekaki who knew...it a pain in the rear but it is no different than normal sprite making.This eevee is for dolphinsm I sorry I forgot
I know it looks weird but I made it on the fly on papayakitty oekaki in ShiPainter Pro with no idea what I was doing

Ok I never tried a complex animation but I need to learn any way it will take a while I have a pile of pixel that need to be finished but if you give me time I'll guarantee it will be good

Paint make it relatively easy to make a sprite. It usually only takes me about 15-20 minutes to make one on paint, 30 if it's complicated. ;3

I normally use photoshop because I can make it transparent and resize the canvas,I normally do 20-40 but I a perfectionist and I love to do complicated sprites.
this took me 124 min but I had trouble with shi painter

I tried MS I can't make head or tails of it for sprite,I think it's the easer at the smallest setting is to big but I have 2006 computer so it maybe old
I think BBs may work for sprite since it has to layers and is more pixelly
