Paralysis is an Emitter quirk that allows the user to paralyze someone for a certain amount of time by staring into their eyes. Even though the subject is still conscious, they are paralyzed from the neck all the way to bottom of their feet. This can be to the user's advantage. However, the quirk can only affect one person at a time as the user has to stare directly into their eyes and not just gaze at them.
While the effects from this quirk can be limited, depending if the subject's quirk is a powerful one. However, overusing the quirk can end up with the user blinding themselves for a short or long period of time depending on how long they overuse their ability. They can also suffer from a powerful headache and even start to have small panic or anxiety issues due to the strain it has on their mental health.
