Great job! What I like about yours is that you didn't just cover your face in red dots, you took into consideration shading. I love that not only you did you do the the other-side of your face blue for the shadows but deepened the reds on your eye and outlined your nose.
My comments would be to make your black lines thinner, they are a bit over powering and the infranasal depression too wide. I'd bring in the bottom black eye line closer in to the corner so that the eye looks less cat like.

Your dotts look messy. Look at the near the nose dotts... And u should use some program to make it more profesional
