This is looking really nice, I like how faithful the rendition is to the original character design, and the way you drew his face and smile is really cute.
There are some areas you can improve on. the line work for one thing could be refined, as some areas look a little untidy. For example, the area where the outline of his tongue meets the bottom roof of his mouth (or inside beak) does not quite join up neatly. Another example is the area where his head meets the bottom of his hair (just above the right eye [viewer's left]). Perhaps this unrefined look is a stylistic choice but if so (or even if not) you can enhance the look of your lines by spending more time on them. Try using more varied line weights to indicate depth instead of simply using the layers-stroke effect to simulate it, for example; [link] notice how this artist has made many of the lines subtly thicker or thinner in certain areas to add depth to the character even though it is a 2D drawing. Notice for example how the lines at the top of the eyes are thicker, making the brow look like it is raised slightly above the eyes, and how the lines taper before disappearing instead of just stopping. You could also use this effect and it would make your drawing, which is already really nice, look even better.
His hands also bother me a little, looking at his right hand (viewer's left) his littlest finger seems to be flattened on the bottom side making is aligned with the flat side of his palm, when really his finger should protrude a little. His other hand is an odd shape as his palm seems to be balled (he would ball his hand if making a fist) but the fingers are flat, indicating a strange hand position. If he is as I suspect, supposed to be idly leaning on the bomb then I'd recommend changing the shape of the hand to indicate this, I'd also recommend adjusting the arm slightly so that his elbow rests on the bomb, making him look more relaxed (whereas he looks a little awkward at the moment, almost like he is just about to sit down or stand up).
And one final point that bothers me - not really an artistic point, but I think it bears mentioning. The lighter is so close to his hair! I would think he is perhaps in danger of setting his hair on fire! While this would be funny to see and is probably something Bean WOULD do by accident, it seems a bit much to deliberately include this in the picture unless you plan on drawing a "follow-up" picture as well where we see his hair on fire. Otherwise it would seem like your viewers may be unsatisfied by the lack of a punchline! So I'd recommend moving his arm down to bring the lighter within a safer distance from his hair.
