Here we have the multi-armed evil mastermind...Doctor Octopus
Identity: Dr. Otto Octavius
Weapons: Four A.I. powered robotic clawed tentacles fused to his spine
Dr. Otto Octavius was a brilliant man of robotics and technology and Peter Parker's biggest idol. While in New York, Octavius presented his latest creation, four robotic A.I. arms that were made to aid people in multi-tasking. However when the Green Goblin sabotages the presentation with a deadly reactor bomb, Octavius tried to help Spider-Man stop the bomb with his invention. Though successful, the close contact with the bomb's radiation caused the main part of his arms to become fused to his spine. Hospitalized, the A.I. of Otto's arms began to communicate to him and corrupt his mind with how people don't respect them and how they should show them his ultimate capabilities. To ensure that he gains ultimate respect and attention for his genius, the arms twisted the once great man's mind, turning him into the evil genius supervillain Doctor Octopus.
