Oh I just shade with the pencil and then used napkin rub over it. Or you can just use finger :b it also works

Uhh.... I don't really know how to answer that... There's a sketchbook used for drawing. I bought it, and use its paper.. What other type of paper are you referring to?

It's okay if you do not know the type of paper used in the sketchbook.
I think there are different types of paper, like oslo paper, bond paper, intermediate paper, and etc. which may affect how pencil markings look.
