i had many names for this. =.=it was either Urban Wonderland, Allen in Wonderland, Danger in the Dark, or Pest Control.
you already know which one i chose.
this piece is an illustration of a story i was coming up with a while ago.
Basically the boy's name in my artwork is named Allin and he is confused and feeling the pressures of life. He wishes himself to escape to an empty world where he no longer needed to worry about anything. His problems with his life would disappear: worries for his future as an adult and getting hurt by people he trusted.
The next day, he spots a white rabbit with black ears. It was strange to see such a seemingly innocent, defenseless animal on the stone streets of of a city. He follows it of course and is lead into a series of alley ways until he finds himself in an empty, grimy city...
um can you see something watching him??

this is not a totally original story. i sort of took the idea of alice and wonderland and tweaked it a bit.
