15th Balto 3: Wings Of Change base. This is the last balto 3 base that I've done and it might be a little bit before I make some more because I'm sick and my dog just had surgery and I'll be going on vacation in the next month or so and a butt load of other things, so yeah. Enjoy!I'm open to taking requests as long as the image is from Disneyscreencaps.com or from pridelands.eu/ . If you're requesting one from Disneyscreencaps.com it needs to be from an animated movie(cause I can't do live action ) but you must know, I may not be able to turn the image into a base because of quality or it's to dark or to light, etc. So don't go getting your hopes up.
