mournful sobs, echoing in the dark.

Misery clawing in my soul
There's no escaping this hell

My heart keeps bleeding out the pain that it keeps receiving.
always...being constantly wounded more...

Sitting in the dark
memories of my sorrow swirl around me

I let out an agonized scream
letting it shatter the silence

Rummaging through my old items
the torture, gnawing my insides

I pull out a razor blade, stained with my misery
more pain filled tars fall

My heart, aching from the brutal blows of betrayal
it whispers into my soul; It's time...

I lift up the razor blade, resting it on my wrist
running it down my skin, the blood slowly running down

I move it back & slice my skin again & again
the blood continues to trickle down my wrists, lightly staining the floor

I drop the razor & stare at my scarred wrist
The sorrow gently tugging at me
...I will never rid myself of this pain...
