Thought you might enjoy this, and find it informative
You can use the technique with any medium...from pencil crayons to oils.It is also a handy technique for realistic tears. I did a sci-fi piece in my late teens of a chick in zero-grav environment, half cyborg face (Borg actually...I was a star trek freak), and crying. Some of the tears were floating in the air, fat little drops. I used this precise technique and the result was very very good.

OOo nice... ^^ at the mo i don't think i'll be drawing any water but this is handy for future referance thank you.
Something i would find very useful though is drawing swords with a Wacom in Photoshop, do i just do a straight line freehand and keep trying for the best or is there a tool somewhere? I have two uncompleted pictures because of this problem

Nope, not here. I've used one before but it was not Wacom. (and it was not very good) I've looked at some out here in the UK but they are all very expensive.

Ahh oki, i don't think mine's very good. But i'll make up my mind on that when I try Snoogle's and see if that's the reason why my lines are pixally, could be something else...
