I like the textured background, and the eyes and hair are both shaded really well. In terms of composition, I would have added a few more leaves simply because that random leaf takes your attention away from what should be the focal point, the girl. Also, I would watch the pillow shading. The hair is really well done, but the face and shirt seem to only be shaded where there are lines. I also think taking some of that color in the face and putting it on the collar bone would really make the shading more realistic because the light would also reach that place too. Good job.
