The fact is that I absolutely hate drawing lips, and once I'm somewhat happy how they look I just kinda leave them without any further attention. So, I'm not sure how I could make them look better..... you wouldn't have any tips you could share?

and about the nose, even when I'm trying to do more Toriyama-ish drawings I usually draw the nose this way, because unbelievable as it is I find the Toriyama's Freeza-nose hard to draw

Haha, you're right about Freeza's nose, that shape IS unbelievably hard to get right. Same about his lips. ><

Kuriza on the other hand is comparatively easy. His lips don't actually have a distinctive shape - you pretty much got that right. You only should have used thicker lines for them, like you did for the eyes.
And Kuriza's nose is really nothing more than two dots. Look what I mean: [link]

... That being said, the way I draw Kuriza is actually slightly different from how Toriyama draws him as well. But I hope my rambling was still of use for you. ^^'

whew, its a relief to hear I'm not the only one who think its hard to draw (even if it is basically just a line with three curves in it >_>')

the two dot-nose it suits him as a kid, but I can't imagine Kuriza having it as an adult, but maybe it's just me o_O

Huh, guess you're right. Never drew adult!Kuriza myself, so that didn't occur to me. ^^
