Katie has been working at Impulsion Brook Stables for 4 years, and has become an integral part of the breeding program. Katie has plenty of experience despite her young age, as she grew up with horses on her parents' farm. Her gentle, patient attitude makes her perfect for working with the younger horses at IBS. Along with her sister, Melissa, Katie works with the horses from birth until they are stared under saddle at age 4, focusing on teaching leading and and general handling, as well as lunge line training. Katie also helps out with the general upkeep of the stables, mucking out the foals' stalls, as well as feeding grain, hay, and water to the horses that she works with. Katie resides in the #3 staff house, with the rent covered in her pay cheque.
