well, I'm crazy and I'm going to say his roll in my Story:

Kyouya is the son of a important businessman.
It's a boy proud and greedy.
The only thing in this world who cares about is the money for personal gain.
It's a boy determined to get what he wants and is not willing to receive a "No" as an answer.
This story is based a couple of years after the anime, when Kyouya is in the last grade in Ouran High School.
Kyouya was in love with one of the maids of his house, Hikari Hayashi.
That girl drove him insane and had changed his way of thinking. Not only was connected with her emotionally, also sexually.
He was discovered by his father, who sacked from the mansion Ootori to Hikari, and Kyouya was forbade to have any contact with her.
He couldn't see her again, so he developed a strong hatred against his father.
Kyouya became an arrogant, mysterious, not very friendly, serious and greedy person.
He realized that the only way to revenge of his father was disobeying his father's, doing all the things he detested and the best, be a better employer than him.
But one day he meets Akemi the day that she had been accepted to work as a maid in the mansion.
Fell in love with her, but this time he was ready to have her at any cost and wouldn't allow his father to prevent it.
Kyouya is the first to discover the secret of Akemi and blackmailed to do whatever he wants.
But then Kyouya realizes that his love for her is stronger than he felt for Hikari and also cann't leave Arashi win her heart.
