It's Mikuru from 'The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya' !!!She doesn't wear this kinda clothes at all but I wanted to draw her like this.....!!
I had fun with the dress and the lighting effect on this one.

Mikuru is my favorite character from the series, and I always love good art of her.
The lighting and dimensions look great and the dress looks intricate in it's design.
She doesn't exactly dress like that, but she does like dresses but casual ones. Hmm she looks a bit older in this picture too.
