Alice: "Oh, just dropping in to greet my favorite rivals... You guys have been doing well I see."
Universa: "Don't agitate her Cell, please..."
Alice: "D'aww, lovely little seedarian cry on the shoulders of yet another animal... Won't you guys ever learn to take care of yourselves?"
Cell: "I'm not letting you touch her!"
Alice: "Cool your engines boy, I'm not here to hurt anyone."
Cell: "...So what do you want then?"
Alice: "I'm just reminding you guys of a fact. No matter what you do, or where you flee, me and my soldiers will keep a watch on you... And once the Metarex armada is gone, then so are you..."
Universa: "Why must you hound us so? What did we ever do to you?!"
Alice: "...You're a fool if you don't know that, seedarian! But I suppose even fools will learn... Even if so in the hard way."
Cell: *pulls his sword* "You... won't... touch her!"
Alice: "Feisty little boy! Go fetch your mama to do your work, she'll do it better than you ever could! You couldn't save them from the metarex... how do you expect to stand up to them now? How do you expect to stand up to me...?"
Cell: *slashes at Alice's throat*
Alice: *dodges Cell and retaliates with a hard right-hand hook to the back of his head*
Cell: *tumbles to the floor, but gets back up quickly, only to find Alice gone* "Where'd she go?!"
Universa: *slowly removes her hands from her eyes* "...Is it over?"
Cell: "...I don't think it is. That woman... she'll be our undoing." >: |
Universa: "But... what have we ever done to her?"
Cell: "I suppose we'll find out, once I have her at the end of my blade..."
Universa: "Must there truely be violence for this to end...?"
Cell: "Violence and battle is all that woman knows... it will be necessary to use it against her, sooner or later."
Universa: "...What did we ever do her?"
Shoot me for trying to place myself in your and Ben's personas, but the idea struck me like a bolt of lightning, and I had to tell you about it, like always.
So? You think I have a good idea of who your personas are? I don't actually know what Universa thinks of violence, but since seedarians in general are against it I took a chance. But other than that, I think I have a good idea.
Oh! Really lovely picture too Nancy! But Cell looks at least half as terrified as Universa does, and he's supposed to be the brave hero out to protect her, isn't he? Bad boy!

i enjoyed reading that! i almost didnt want to reply cos i didnt want it to disappear so i could keep it XD really, and yeah! you got the characters right i guess, although universa with violence...hmm, i guess shes not afraid to fight, but is afraid to fight a lot XD if that makes sense, although yeah, i drew cell looking more scared than i wanted haha, he should look more shocked than scared, but universa would TRY to be brave, but she would rely on cell a lot, and cell would protect her like you say for sure

Hmm... I suppose I know what you mean. She's not afraid to fight when necessary, but she disdains fighting, especially when these fights will keep coming. It reminds her of wars, of evil, and of the acursed creatures that led to the creation of the Metarex Armada, and the destruction of Greengate...
To explain it in an epic way.
Heh, I guess that means Universa is brave, but not a very good fighter. Cell lacks the courage Universa does, but his feelings for her allows him to use some of Universa's courage to help protect her, fight for her. Universa shares Cell's feelings, obviously, and this not only makes her braver, but she also feels that despite the loss of her kin... she's not alone.
If I may be a bit bold about Cell, that is.
And do I love to write things, especially for you.
