There IS A website That Allows You Too Upload Them And Make An Animation With Them

When Using It To Do Animations, Make Sure You Click "Frame Animation", Which Is Just Under The Colomn "Create"
Uploading The Animation Is The Same As Uploading A Picture, Just Do What You Do Normally, Then It Will Ask For A Sample Photo, Just Use One Of The Frame Images XD
