Well, obviously that's Faye Valentine from "Cowboy Bebop" ... and that background looks suspiciously like a street my wife and I strolled in San Francisco's Chinatown last year. Both readily recognizable, if not exact.

Very nice. If you would like a functional critique ("she'd look more like the anime if you did this ... the anime differs from your image in this or that respect..."), that I can do. I will say this is very easy on the eyes just as you created it.
