This is part of the boys' storyline. It's a glimpse of a sequence I've had in mind for quite some time. Dearest Kage has been very painfully knocked to the dirt. I'll not say any more for now, I don't want to get into spoilers.
It's been a while since I drew something this non-cartoony... I'm especially pleased with it because it looked pretty crappy when I started. I was almost sure at some points that it would turn out as utter trash.
Since my beloved gray maker is dying (oh noes! D: ) I'll probably be doing more pencil work until I can buy a new one. I added a hint of color and a faint watermark in Photoshop, but otherwise, it's as it is on the paper (all 3x6 inches of it... I need to not draw so damn tiny.)Materials/Tools: 2B mechanical pencil, kneaded eraser, random sheet o' printer paper, Photoshop 7

The story is currently in the works, and isn't posted anywhere yet. I'm working on getting the story itself finalized and getting enough material together to start putting it up. It might be a bit of a wait, sorry!

This is actually my own character, and I haven't put much of the story out on the internet yet. It's a gigantic work-in-progress.
But the basic gist of what happened is this:
This boy, Kage, and his boyfriend, Torin, have been outed as gay in their high school. The school's quarterback, who is a bully and has always had a problem with Kage in particular, gets some buddies together and beats the boys up.
I know that seems pretty... simple, but it's a tiny piece of a much larger story. I've got some information here, but so far, there a lot of work to be done before I put it out there.

This is a really sad, but pretty, picture. I like all the shading and detail.
And that tear... tears are hard to do realistically (for me anyway. >.< )
I appreciate sketches and pencil work just as much as the finished product.
