I am always so amazed and awed by your mastery and your work This one has a majestic feel to it. Your description is what I did see but I can also see A image that reminds me of some of the best well done Sci-Fi movies and TV programs and the images they display of the ultimate, and superior race in the universe. Your Work is so, Grand. I do want you to know that I have been doing my homework and I grasp the the whole world of fractal art alot better. What an amazing art form. Youtube has alot of videos on the subject. I'd love to see you also do some fractal animation.

You're right fractal art is amazing, especially when you see the different iterative functions that are available today in which so many fascinating imagery can be created by very talented artist.
Animating My Fractal Art Wouldn't Be Possible, Since These Are Element Constructs That Are Made Up Of Dozens Of Smaller Elements.
As An Example My Latest Piece "The Temple Of Golden Fire" Is Made Up Of 96 Fractal Objects So There's No Way For Me To Create An Animation For Such Pieces.
But Two Programs That Do Allow For Fractal Animation Are Apophysis And J-Wildfire And The Animation Sequences Created By These Applications Are Quite Interesting.

Once You Start Laying Down Fractal Elements The Minds Eye As I Like To Call, Lets You Know What Works And What Doesn't.
I Can Add And Remove Dozens Of Fractal Elements Before I Come Up With A Piece That To Me Makes Visual Sense; Then After That It's A Matter Of Processing Each Element To Obtain The Best Looking Scene Possible While Doing My Best To Let The Nature Of Each Fractal Show Through.
