This is truly awesome however I would have some constructive criticism: Unless that was the point, i find thor's armor and hammer are strongly inspired from marvel's thor. You should perhaps look at some reference for mjolnir's shape, it's not a rock on a stick 
Also Thor was described having red hair, but that's more up to you, just saying
Other than that This drawing, especially the color on Jormungand's scales and in the water are Great!
