The Thunderbirds flying over USAFA Class of 2006I just want to make sure everyone knows that there is no photo doctoring going on here. Just ridiculously good luck and timing that i caught this shot.

Wow. Great capture here. Individually the components are all great - the varied expressions on the peoples faces, the clouds in the sky, the planes. Together they form a really awesome photo. Ridiculously good luck indeed.
I might try tweaking the color saturation up just a little, to see if you can get the sky a bit more blue.

Nope i have 3 more years to go, just like your GF. I'll be a sophomore this coming year. And things never worked out such that we could meet, and I haven't had any classes with her yet either.

Awesome... They were really close to the ground as well. I've took some similar shots once and the fighters were like twice as high up in the air, which sucked.

One of my advisors here was a SMsgt in public affairs for years, and he is always telling me how much fun for the most part he had. However, I would prefer to fly at this point.

Hey, if you can get a pilot slot, you go for it. I'm completely colorblind, so I'm stuck here on the ground...but I'd give both my pinkies for the chance to fly.

I guess im not familiar with the acronym MPF... Is that the police? If so, i was think more along the lines of Combat controler, Special tactics officer, or combat rescue officer...
