A bit better version ofΒ thisΒ .I think I'll try to colour this tomorrow, but whether I will call this or the one still to be done "finished" - and if anything of mine is ever truly finished - that is highly debatable... xD

Well...
It is kind of a secret, a hush-hush thing, you know, but I'll tell you.
Firstly, you have to imagine a dragon. But, really. The texture of the skin, hair or fur, scales, the feel when you touch him/her - warm, cold; how the light reflects in their eyes, what colour is the iris...
Then, you summon a dragon. Dragon is faith incarnated. You don't always see a dragon, even when the dragon is there.
Last but not least, believe. Dragons do exist. You also have your own dragon.
You don't "get" dragons, you can't really own them. It's a mutual thing. If you own the dragon, the dragon owns you.

Thank you! Colour palette I use is random. I look at the colour wheel and tap somewhere and ta-da, colour appears (wizardry!) Lines are dark brown, light is white... It's just a basic sketching palette XD But I agree that I see less and less works in monochrome that are not actual sketches.Β

Brain is a form of a jelly, when the skull cracks, it can, well, flow out. So it's half-liquid by its design. No worries about it liquefying. It would be more worrying if it was solidifying.Β
