She seems very cool and I think I like her (Your OC and my OC's nobody almost have the same name [My OC is Aerin and her Nobody is Xerina so it sounds almost like Serina XD]).
I love your drawing style and i would like to read about her but of course I can understand that you want to wait until KH III ^^

This sheet is about 5-6 years old, I think I kinda improved in that time xD That's why it's hard for me to look at this one because it's so old xDD
I think mostly her story. As you can see I blurred the story-text in the sheet because some people said she's a Mary Sue and some more inappropriate words I don't want to mention here XD Tbh I agree that she has some Mary Sue traits, but as I said she's about 6 years old now, and I probably didn't see them back then or something. Although I tried to make her as good as possible. Nevertheless I got a lot of hate because of her, that's the reason I stoped making pics with her and wanted to play all KH games and PERHAPS redo her, depending on the canon story. But... to be honest I actually don't want to change her much, although she might be a Mary Sue :/ I just love her the way she is and I really enjoyed drawing stuff with her and her story is good FOR ME. I shouldn't care if others like her, the most important thing is, that I! love her. The problem on the other side is, that I don't want to get that massive hate again... it's kinda complicated... :/ But what actually surprised me was, that some of my watchers still like her (also her and Terra together). I made a poll for Valentine's Day and currently TerraXSerina are second place!

You don't need to apologize, I know what you mean and I understand you. It's admirable of you to try your best to make her as good as possible and I think it's unfair that others don't seem to see the effort you put into her and then even are so rude towards you :/
If they had something to criticize they couldand should have been more friendly.
But I recognized that more and more people are becoming rude and unfriendly, it really is sad how some people are behaving on the internet :/
I also got a rude comment from someone for Aerin / Xerina.
Her hair would have been the same as Aqua's (just slightly longer as the person wrote), she's wearing black with a pink accessory (Aerins belts are red, but okay >__>) for example.
The comment of the person is the reason why I started uploading Aerin's/ Xerina's BIO even though I first wanted to complete it and check it for plotholes and stuff (I guess there still are some plotholes but well.. We'll see. Still better than rude and hate comments).
Aerin/ Xerina is also 6 years old or so (I am not quite sure when I heard of KH the first time but it must be around that time, too). And since the day I created her I am improving her. Her hair style, her personality, her design (clothes) and her backgroundstory - I am trying to improve her so she won't become a Mary Sue but with comments like you and I received it really is demotivating to keep improving characters V__V
But I am glad that so many people still like Terra X Serina

Ich glaube das Kingdom Hearts Fandom ist generell ziemlich unfreundlich. Klar, irgendwie gibt es in jedem Fandom Leute, die total fies sind und so, aber ich habe das Gefühl, dass es bei KH schlimmer ist :/
Ugh, das ist echt das schlimmste, was jemand kommentieren kann. "Dein OC sieht aus wie [...]". Wenn ich mich richtig erinnere, hat mal jemand zu Serina gesagt, sie würde aussehen wie Aerith. Klar, total... aber egal XD
Ich finds auch schön, dass obwohl dein OC auch schon recht "alt" ist, du trotzdem weiterhin versuchst sie zu verbessern und Lücken zu schließen. Nur wie du schon sagtest, es kann echt demotivierend sein, wenn da so eine Kackbratze kommt und einen nieder macht >_>
Ich hoffe ich finde in naher Zukunft die Zeit ein TerraxSerina Bild zu machen <3

Naja, ich war ja schon seit Jahren nicht mehr im KH Fandom aktiv, kA wie es da jetzt so abgeht xD Überwiegend habe ich aber auch eher positive Erfahrungen gemacht. Ich sehe nur oft bei anderen OCs und Bildern, dass die wirklich extrem niedergemacht werden und so...
Manche Leute wollen einfach nur miese Trolls sein und andere anfeinden, das bereitet denen scheinbar mega viel Freude -___-

Die Trolls kommen vermutlich weniger häufig vor, fallen aber umso mehr auf, da sie sich einfach mehr bemerkbar machen ("lauter" sind) als die friedlichen Kommentar-Schreiber, denke ich :/

Ich versuch dann halt auch gelassen und "freundlich" darauf zu antworten, aber sobald dann wirklich nur noch Fäkalsprache kommt, ist mir das zu blöd und ich lösche den Kommentar + banne die Person. Irgendwann ists auch mal gut... -.-

Höflich bleiben versuche ich auch aber irgendwann geht es dann halt nicht mehr und wenn dann nur noch "F*ck dich" und Co kommt muss man sich das meiner Meinung nach auch nicht gefallen lassen und kann es entweder ignorieren bis die Person keine Lust mehr hat oder wie du sagtest blockieren / bannen und die Kommentare löschen. Alles braucht man sich nicht gefallen lassen.

Hey, I remember seeing this girl around! She's really pretty and I'd love to know more about her.
Also, it's a shame people shit on OCs and throw fits about them so damn much (especially if they're paired with Canon charas, even when it actually WORKS. Not to mention they dub them as Sues without even reading it, or when they've got a good character overall). But since you're revising her story and presumably her personality, I'd like to see what she's like.

I'm glad you have that opinion. Unfortunately there always will be haters bashing on other peoples characters, despite them being actually good. Normally I try to not give a damn about such haters, but in this case it really hurt me, because I really loved Serina. But since she's a quite old OC, she isn't perfect but I still love her.
I still don't know if and how I'll change her in the future. (As I said I want to play all games and stuff). Maybe I'll just change some small things only. I actually don't want her to change too much and eventually become a totally different OC, because like I said I still love her how she is. (And then I'll just give a damn if people hate her hahaha xD).
But I wanted to just draw her again soon, because I really missed her c: The last time I drew her was 2 years ago haha.

As someone who HAS a KH OC of my own that I put lots of time and effort into, and works hard to make the OC x Canon healthy and work (so far the people I've told have given the pairing positive feedback lol), I try to find people who don't hate such a concept of shipping. Even though there's absolutely NOTHING wrong with it if done right, so they really shouldn't have an opinion if they don't know anything about the relationship or the character.
Anyways, I'm sorry to hear Serina has gotten so much shit for nothing. My advice: Tweak her character until you're satisfied, and give her as many dimensions to her personality/character as you can (that way she's more diverse). Also, make certain scenarios "hypothetical" until the release of KH3, which is when you can decide to make them official, or not.

OCxCanon often gets a shitload of rants... why? I dunno. I mean, IF you don't like OCxCanon, why do you even click on the picture and post a mean comment? Just let people do what they like to. For example, I don't like Furry and MLP. But I don't post hate comments in those pictures O_o People can do whatever they want. I think those haters just don't have own hobbies and lifes xD

Looks really good. I know how you feel about waiting for KH3 to get important information. I also have an OC that I am pairing with Terra, and although I have much of her story down, I want to wait for more information. I really like Serina though, and the art in your gallery of her.

Yeah, I hate people who hate on OCs. They don't even give the creator a chance to develop their OC and grow. Instead they just put people down. I mean some OCs are ridiculous, but I usually give OCs a chance.

That's really nice of you. But sadly it's like you said. Most of the people start the hate because of stupid readsons like grudge or something, instead of maybe giving some advice to improve.
If someone start hating one of my OCs and posts stupid comments, I usually don't care and just delete the comment, but it still makes me sad to read such things.
