this is actually a combination of two different sketches horikoshi did! Here's Momo and Jirou and Tsuyu and Ochako
I put them together because to me, the poses and outfits sort of looked like they would belong in an idol group, so that's how i tried to arrange them when i put them together.
also, the reason why i drew a jacket on jirou is because unlike the other girls, her outfit in the sketch really didn't remind me of her hero costume at all. tsuyu, ochako, and momo all have outfits that look like their hero costumes but jirou just had the polo and the skirt. the jacket i drew her in was a way to fix that and make her fit in with the others a little more.
