I think Puppycat is the outlaw. I kinda ship Bee with the Outlaw/Puppycat in his human form. I do like the guy Bee likes too though. Gaaaahhh! I'm Hopeless! Β Β

He is actually, cause at the end of part 2 he sits at the window in bee's house and he looks over at bee and the space outlaw is shown as his reflection for a secondΒ
