The Chika Takami of Uranohoshi High would like to challenge you to a battle!
Drawing from another year of Summer Swarm training. I thought about using both blue pencil and ink to nicely line out anything that I might draw during the training sessions, but I thought to keep it simple since we move a lot. These are super scratchy and messy in some areas since I was drawing on my lap and my face wasn’t seven inches from the drawing.
I first drew Chika with a Lycanroc and it just turned out really cool I did the others. It was inspired of this artist’s drawing I retweeted. I digitally added the colors since I wanted to keep the sketchy movement of the pencil work. For me it shows process and helps me cue in on what I should do differently on the next drawing to improve. I was going to leave it as flat colors but then last minute improvised the shadows so they’re not top notch. I thought it was a good exercise on digital coloring.
I also just wanted to draw more Lycanrocs!
