Roxy and Yoyo On Hold
I was sketching some cute couple poses and I liked this one the most to flesh it out using FlareSiram ‘s Yoyo and @skullymingo ‘s Roxy. You can see the other sketch I was considering to line which was just a reversal of the initial pose. I didn’t feel like drawing their D&D outfits so I asked the two of them what Roxy and Yoyo’s modern clothing outfits would look like. Both of them sent me very through outfits. Everything from accessories to what type of bag they would carry. It was really cool especially since I was planning to mess with gradients and screen tones on this drawing! Playing with the D&D characters in a modern setting idea I initially imagined them being at a dock or pier, but ditched that since it didn’t feel right. Instead made the thing Roxy was leaning on a brick wall near a cross walk. I imaged they were enjoying each other’s company waiting for the rest of the Skullbuddies.
