When I realized who her VA is I was expecting this line; "I'm Grand Magistrix Elisande and this is my favorite store in Suramar."

I really did love the Suramar arc. It gave plenty of feeling of helping a resistance movement grow into a full scale rebellion, especially as the questlines completed and the city changed. Elisande did her job as a villainess, but im sad her character never got more attention.
