Anywho, great work! You did an amazing job with the gradients on the curls and sand ridges. Subtle, yet dominant shifts, without being distracting. Particularly, I like the use of very gentle highlighting to imply the separation between both knees, which keeps the dark colors from blending together. Good job.

I like the image and I think the composition is good. I think you may need to balance the yellow and the purple more. At the moment the yellow is dominating. You could possibly make the shadows on the sand a hue of purple.
