Witcher is by far the best Polish fantasy novels. Written by Andrzej Sapkowski. The game is a continuation of the seven-volume saga. btw. I recommend to buy and read the saga :>

hey!
well, it's a matter of trying and see how you feel with it. just give it a shot and you'll find your own tools and ways to work with them.
go for tutorials and check some artists you like. go for learning about art theory and a bit of history too, it will help you to understand why you do what you do.
mastering the tool is your goal, for that practice as much as you can and don't be affraid of making mistakes. in the end that's how it works.
