To be honest I'm using quit a low quality tablet, and lineart isn't quite good...70 percent of time and work goes on lineart, all rest is scanning, cleaning, painting and shading...Also you got Alaine on this video just if you are pacient enough to watch it all...[link]

Now that you mention it, I remember seeing a short clip of a video you're talking about. She was getting a bit annoyed when she was being tickled on her foot and it seem that it did tickle. but only enough wanna hit the tickler.
