Yeah, I finished this massive work, and I'm happy, very happy.I love Gwent, but I prefer Gwuncan <3 because their love was born by a friendship.
I continue to support these couples, even if they are broken!

Gwent. Gwuncan was contrived by Cartoon Network and Teletoon despite McGillis' wanting to continue Gwent and Duncney. The writers did a poor job by deteriorating Courtney (TDA, TDWT, and TDAS) and Trent's (TDA) personalities. It's a shame that a creator's muse was destroyed just to appeal to crack shippers...

The term "crack" was incorrect for this ship and for that I apologize. But my point still stands. Gwuncan could only happen if Trent and Courtney had their characters completely derailed. Also, I just can't get behind a couple that started with cheating. FYI, Psychologists say that 75 percent of couples that start with cheating fail. They also say that most of the time that couples who are similar don't last either. But to each their own. You have a good one.

Also, Trent taught her to open up to people and see that people can be trustworthy and kind. The writers butchered him. Not once in TDI were there signs of being jealous of crazy. It was all a mess.

The writers purposely made Courtney awful after TDI for Duncan to get with Gwen because of the request. Don't you see?
Duncney had a great dynamic before the writers orchestrated the derailments after TDI. The differences they had opened doors to new experiences for them. They also had problems that they saw in each other as well as the problems they saw in themselves.

Courtney was already awful I mean s1 she ditched Duncan right after he wrestled with an alligator for her... And Duncan was secretly a sweetheart also shown in s1... As for Gwen and Trent Rushed...

It's obvious that episode was after the network request. Episode 26 premiered on January 4, 2008 and episode 27 premiered on November 29, 2008 then season 2 coming back only two months later. And after s1 they made Duncan a grade A jerk most of the time compared to season 1. They also made Gwen so codependent on Duncan and made her seem like she couldn't ask Trent what went on with him rather than finding out later after they break up. And hey, that's your opinion on Gwent. I think Gwuncan was rushed since their relationship in season 1 screamed "buddies." Different strokes different folks, right?

Season don't really matter here see Duncan was a supposed to make to look like a jerk but is a sweetheart & Gwen was always like that misunderstanding the situations... Now that's what the characters are not just my opinion...

It does matter when it comes to the seasons because the first season is when the writing was at its best. Duncan showed no sweet hearted nature in season 2 and Gwen starting lacking development in season 2. How is that good? The point of strong relationships are learning from the good things in one another and trying new things. What did Gwen and Duncan teach other in order to better themselves?

DxC wasn't toxic in season 1 which was BEFORE the network request. And yeah maybe I'm a little unnecessary commenting in certain Gwuncan related posts. But I'm just spreading information. I'm not saying you're not allowed to ship Gwuncan. It is just a major fact that the ship was CONTRIVED! Just saying.

Disney writers intentionally wrote Hans to be surprise villain from the very beginning. All 4 characters of TD were severely altered in the seasons after TDI for Gwuncan to happen because of the request. Tom McGillis said he hated the things went with the original Duncney ship and that should be enough for you to see. It was the most blatant contriving ever.
