Of course, there's no hinting on romance here, in this exact image. But there're plenty of it elsewhere. It's just that bickering and kicking is an important part of there relationship and all of IchiRuki fans knows that it's Rukia way to shake some sense into Ichigo (you have to note that it's the only way that works on him).
