Actually, no, I didn't. The fact that he passes nearly 100% of the time in the comics, pre-T, suggests that his body is already very non-female looking. In my head this is intended to be later in the future, after he (again, in my head, not necessarily canon, as that's up to Tab) starts T. He is already drawn in the comic as fairly tall, thin, and muscular, and with the addition of T this body type is well within the range of variation for a female-assigned-at-birth body type.
I can definitely see how that would be your first thought β it actually annoys me how little difficulty both Tom and Charlie have passing in the comics. It's like that for some people, sure, but it's not representative of the majority of trans* people at all, and it cheapens the value of having a trans* character in a specifically LGBT comic to me.

I usually do not favourite fanart but I cannot get enough of Tom. I just... UMF. And him and Murfs.... DOUBLE UMF. And this picture is really nice and possibly the best piece of Tom fanarts I've seen. Everything about it is wonderful.
