After his confrontation with IV, a a member of the Scourges revealed to be the sole survivor of the Sky Lagoon crash, Dragoon reflects on his conflicting feelings in a nearby temple.

Does he carry out his duty as a Maverick Hunter again and fight for the future of humanity and Reploids alike, or will he be bound by the ghosts of his past, as the mere thought of IV opens old wounds and threatens to consume his very soul in despair?

Can he even bring himself to fight IV, a human who had lost everything and is out for revenge withe Scourges? He does not want to repeat his past crimes, but even the leader of the 14th Unit faces demons...
