This picture is wow! I played PW3 and got really engrossed in the story and this picture perfectly represents what she is, a violent malicious creature amongst beautiful things. The cold lonely position shows exactly how her true twisted persona has left her absent from everything and she has faked being a beautiful thing by spilling the blood of those who loved her. A Truly chilling and accurate presentation of Dahlia!

I don't even know what fanart this is from, but this is an awesome piece. It just makes such a wonderful impact, and I think the wings are fabulous. I can't quite put my finger on it, but the image is really powerful. Fabulous work on this!

At first when I saw the thumbnails I believed the red to be bloodspatters, then I realized what they were when I saw the full image.

This is adorable, under my particular definition of the word. The mix of classic fairy pose and blood exploding out into the pattern of wings is quite effective, very attention grabbing. And you just have to see more, to look further. Something about the combination of clear outline and blur on the wings, the suggestion of different speeds, is very interesting; and somehow more disturbing, if on a subtle level. The use of color on her skin is also subtle, especially the fuchsia highlights on her hair and that little bit of purple at the base of the wings. However, this also underscores that the shading of the hand turning away from the viewer somehow doesn't seem quite right. The feet likewise don't seem quite right (though still better than mine). Because so much of the focus goes straight to the wings and of course the face, I missed the little white butterflies at first, but when I did notice them they seemed to bring in a sense of gentleness that is also in her expression. Her posture is protective, her expression laconic. I personally like such juxtapositions.

She shows up with a cute parasol and little white butterflies that are drawn to her sweet and innocent demeanor, but when you prove her guilt and cut through her lies, the butterflies burst into flames and she shows her true demonic personality. XD
