She's a Filipina popstar living in Amsterdam, and very flashy. ;D I think she was tired of telling people "Hey, my eyes are up HERE!" So she put some eyes down there....
She's heavily inspired by Lady Gaga (as you can probably tell) and cosplay model .
I'm hoping to post a website about it with info on each character just as soon as she sends me some descriptions.
I'm still experimenting with this style and how to color it.
