I think I like the one on the left a little better because of the warm color scheme goes with the theme (the pose ref. to Mary). The right would look good on skin though because of the bright blue. I do believe though that the head could be a bit bigger to fit with the shoulders and longer neck.

I remember seeing on Tumblr, people were complaining that her hands weren't right or whatever and you were having a bit of a debate... I never realized how small they drew her hands and how freakish it now looks to me when I look at photos of her now.
I've always loved your style of drawing and frankly those people can go eat their grumpy apples else where. *hug*

I like the left one, the right one would look great on a starry sky background surrounding it, but not as a tattoo with skin surrounding it!

I like both of them but I think the second is more interesting color-wise. The use of blue really makes her look bathed in moonlight.

I've been watching alot of Best Ink episodes and my gut tells me that the one on the right looks more like a tattoo. but both works are still so good and well-aligned.

I think either or works. For tattoo designs you need dramatic colors to separate the drawing from skin color... so even tho the left one works well digitally or on paper, the right may look better on skin.
The only critique I have is the size of the head in comparison to the body... The shoulders and chest are much wider then her head. Especially with the sleaves accentuating the shoulders.

They both look good to me. And what fortunate timing, being as I fairly recently finished season 1 (of the dub; I'm watching the sub after I finish the entirety of the dub). If I had the points (or any way of paying), I'd buy both.
