Does Keroro ever move his eyes? I´m pretty sure he doesn´t. That is a part of his charm thoughI broke my Paint tool SAI So I was mad and started drawing in Paint.net for some reason Owe
Anyway! A chibi Keroro with his eyes looking in a direction!
First time I use Paint.net too.. so I had layer problems XD

Funny thing about the whole "chibi" stuff being cute to many people.
Apparently, many people find things with small bodies, big heads and big eyes cute because it resembles a newborn baby, which usually gives out the feeling of protection.
But yeah, awesome picture, nevertheless!
