And now it's finally done I'm so happy WAAAH

Not gonna lie, I was definitely attracted to Wes when he appeared. ;D
And I remember actually wishing that they had made a series revolved around him and his adventures. He's just such an interesting character in the fact that he didn't start from such "humble and pure" roots like most pokemon main characters. ((In fact I'm pretty sure he's in his late teens to early twenties.))
I assume he was an orphan that the main antagonist found and raised under the company so that he could serve as one of his strongest subordinates to help take over the pokemon world.

I wasn't using the internet as much as now when I was a kid
but I was certain that those PKMN COLOSSEUM games made a wild success
only to learn years later it didnt
It breaks my heart because there was so much potential!
I still love those games to death though

It would have made him super badass and cool and also the antagonist for Michael

One of the best playable character of the series, and finally one not coming out of nowhere, who have a real past to assume !
Nice animation, it shows well Wes's "C'mon, we were teammates before, you should know you don't stand a chance against me" attitude when he takes back a stolen pokemon from a sbire. ^^

Yeah, in both the official games and even in fangame/hacks you never hear about those game's region, so the chances of Wes's cameo are close to none. There was a reference in my own project, with one of the villains actually having Wes's portative snag and the following description: "an old machine imported from a distant region", and the main character starting with an evee who evolve into dragon type by holding the stase stone he hold at start of game until lvl30.
supposed to be a twist about evee's special capacity to evolve into multiple types, this was justified by being the natural evolution what only could occur by nullifying the said capacity for enough time. There were other references, especialy to the manga (badges being a "key" to something, battle on an Onyx bridge, some champions secretly being villains, ect) but the project was stopped. ^^"

Due to his "uncommon" outfit, I guess Wes was a captain before his betrayal, what could explain the fact to start with lvl25 pkmn and his attitude even toward the chief. If only they continued the "more serious" games or something closer to the manga version on non portable consoles, instead of being 100% "kid-want-to-beat-elite4" games and anime...I guess I would still be an hardore fan like in my young days. Only finished Colosseum once, but Wes still is my favourite with Silver (and Gold in the manga version xD))

This looks absolutely incredible! The animation is so fluid and smooth, not to mention how you managed to incorporate that grabby hand thing the snag machine does-!! It's probably strange for me to point out, but I really liked the part where you zoomed into his eye and how it moved in particular. It must have taken ages, but goodness it was worth it, because it came out fantastic!~

Yeah that hand thing was a pain in the a$$
but I had to do it all my love for PKMN Colosseum
gave me the motivation to keep on going!
The eye zoom was simply awesome to do
