i cant understand what the writing is saying. but from the pics, its pretty easy figured out whats happening.

yeah, picture is common language all around the world
anyway it can be translated like this:
"waghahaha! I collected pretty enough tinies today."
"you always shrink and kidnap people. what do you do with them?"
"well, I step on them for fun, make some marionettes, or grind them with some fruits to make special food."
"why do you do those things?"
"why do I need any reason? come on, I'm a psychotic villain, you know(laugh)"
