Description
I drew this to try out my new Prismacolor pencils.
Turns out I LOVE THEM. The drawing itself... argh, like always, I find out a billion things I could have changed before inking it just when it's too late And I have serious issues in drawing Outer Senshi - I wish I could make those narrow, elegant eyes. Sigh~

But I had so much fun doing this. Two of my fingers are still blue-ish due to the background, but it was worth the effort! Also, that thing she is holding was supposed to be a seashell, but it was somehow lost in translation... But to my defense, the reference picture I used for it had a very strange seashell that really looked like that thing up there. XD
