Actually this morning the Sun god was smiling on his worshippers

.....on Thursday it was 30 deg then next day it dropped to 19 deg and rained

That's the kind of weird weather we get here

Yeah, we have a continental weather here in Latvia: it can be sunny o month along or week full of rain and without sun at all.

I heard that the weather starts to get cold in the eastern Baltic at end of August ....well that was from someone who lives in St Petersburg ....brrrr

Here in England the temperature starts to drop in September

Every year in late September there is one night when I get hypothermia riding my motorcycle - then I know its time to get out the winter leathers

I ride an Aprilia 1000 V-twin. It's an Italian machine. I had a test ride on a Harley Sportster 2 years ago but I didnt like it. I liked the Buell though I took an X12 out for a 15 minute test ride and came back 4 hours later...great fun.
My type of machine is a "streetfighter" like my Aprilia Tuono, the KTM Superduke or Ducati Streetfighter. Its basically a naked sportsbike with high bars but great for tearing up the streets of London - a hooligans motorcycle....

I like to leave the chariot in the stable and use my trusty steed to get around town

I like choppers too and low riders and I admire the people who build them and i appreciate the amount of work and artistry that goes into them - I have loads of photos of choppers and custom bikes

But choppers are not designed for the narrow streets of London so I need a machine with tons of power and a shorter wheelbase

If I bought a Harley it would have to be a Fat Boy second choice would be a Road King rather than a fully dressed Electra Glide

However I have my eye on an MV Agusta Brutale to replace the Aprilia when the time comes or maybe the V4 Tuono - its a weapon not a motorbike :-D

See.... you shouldn't get me talking about motorcycles ha ha!

Yeah, U know a lot bout them. When I was young (and lived in Soviet union) I had three motorcycles from that time- Jawa350,  Iz Planeta and Iz 49

I'm familiar with the Jawa 350 - they were sold in the UK. It was was from Czechoslovakia and considered to be a good reliable machine but not as sexy as the Japanese equivalent like the Yamaha RD350LC. I don't know much about the Iz Planeta or Iz49 but they also sold the Russian Dnieper or Cossack 650. You could buy it with a sidecar. I think it was copied from a WWII Wermacht Zundapp / BMW sidecar outfit.
I had an MZ 150 once. It was my back up when the Moto Guzzi 850 was off the road.

Yes, in Brazil,  we don't have great change in the nature. In Autumn, we don't see the fall like in your part of the world.
