May I do a small question to you
It knew use of the sauna in the provinces of Russia somewhere recently.
It enters the sauna, and the whole body is beaten by the branch.
And, it downs coolly in outdoor, it enters the sauna again afterwards,
and it is repeated many times to beat the whole body by the branch again when becoming painful.
Also in the sauna of Latvia, is it such use?

I understand, I'll try to answer. So... the name "sauna" comes from Finland, its meaning is "dry bath house (room)".
Russians and Latvians historical had a wet bath houses. The principle is different- in wet bath houses U don't need so high temperatures- U compensate it by pouring water on the hot stones and use these bath besoms, cos if ya quickly beat one's body part, U make a massage and do additional heat here from the warm room.
In hot sauna (about 120-130°C) U can't pour water on stones, cos U can get a skin burns, or similar situation is with a besoms- these temperature not many can enjoy for the first time! But if ya are a veteran- nothing is compared with a sauna!!!
